Are you celebrating a birthday this month? June marks our first Resident Birthday Party and if you are celebrating a birthday, be on the lookout for an invitation to a party in your honor! Come have a slice of cake and let us celebrate YOU!

Community Notice - Gates Are Closed!

NOTICE - The Gates Are Closed!

Please be advised that the gates are closed and that the convenient method of entry is the gate remotes. The remotes are available for $50.00, which is a fully refundable deposit and available at our Resident Relations Office.

Every apartment has a phone number in the gate directory for your guests to access, so please make sure that your phone number is accurate in the system. Using the directory is not the convenient method for residents to enter because the traffic backs up quite a distance while using this method.

Paws in the Park

Bring your furry family members (and we mean the doggies!) out to the dog park for our first "Paws in the Park" event. Treats, toys, trainers and other pet service representatives to meet all of your pet needs!

Community Play Date

Location: Back Pool

Join us at the back pool with your little residents and enjoy some quality fun with other families in the community. We need something to beat the heat, so let's have fun at our pool and cool it down a bit! We will have snacks, juice and lots of fun, so we can't wait to see you there!

Community Notice - Gates

Gates will be closed 24/7 beginning Monday, June 15th!

We are pleased to announce that the gates will be closing effective June 15th. Every resident must provide us with a phone number for the call box to avoid being locked out. If you would like the convenience of an access remote, there is a $50.00 refundable deposit required to obtain one. Thank you for your assistance in making this transition to a gate controlled access community a smooth one!
