The gates at the community have closed and we have some residents who have questions on how to access the gates.The main entrance gates will be closed after office hours and is accessible by residents and guests. The south entrance gates are closed 24/7 and will be for residents only.
The convenient method of access for our residents is by using a key-fob remote that will open the gates and allow you to drive through effortlessly. These remotes are available at the Resident Services Office at a cost of $50.00 each. The cost is a refundable deposit (at the end of the lease upon return of the device) and can be paid with a personal check, money order or cashier's check.
Your guests can use the directory at the main entrance by using the 'A' button to scroll back and the 'Z' button to scroll forward on the alphabetical list to find your Last Name, First Initial (e.g. 'Smith, J - 123). When they have found the correct name, they can press the CALL button which will dial the number we have on file for you. After you answer the phone call, you can speak with the guest over the intercom to verify that this person has been invited, and then you press the number '9' to grant access and the gates will open.
To verify that we have the correct number in the gate directory (yes, we can use cell phone numbers!), please stop by the Resident Services Office during office hours.
