Gates are Closed - Do you have a remote?

The gates have closed for our community and we want to thank every resident who has verified their information in our systems before the deadline! We will continuously update the information as new residents move in or if your phone numbers change.

We noticed that there have been a few lines that have piled up around the front gates from residents waiting to use the directory. Please remember that the gate remotes are the most convenient method of access for entry into the community for our residents and can be used at both gates. There is a simple $50.00 refundable deposit that you will have to pay in check or money order to our office and we can provide you with a very convenient key fob gate remote that will allow you to access the front (small) gate and the rear gate (resident remote only).

We want to express EXTREME caution with using the gates: please do not tailgate other vehicles or enter through an exit only gate. Law enforcement has informed us that damage caused to either of our gate systems can result in felony property damage charges! To avoid damage to your vehicle, very large fines and entanglement with the legal system, please ensure that you are obeying all procedures for entering our community!
